Holistic IT consulting for companies
An important area of the adecc Systemhaus GmbH offer is management consulting on all aspects of the use of IT in companies and consulting for development teams beyond the learning of programming languages or the use of databases. Only in an interaction of hardware, operating systems and technologies with programming can cost-effective and resource-saving application systems be created for companies.
Management consulting is both about support in strategic questions, such as the selection of suitable systems and integration into the organization of the respective systems. We often call this a holistic approach that takes all areas into account. Often new IT systems change the way of working within a company and new possibilities arise. This is often called Process Reengineering. Here, the "view from outside" is often advantageous. We are primarily concerned with the consistent use of IT possibilities to support business processes and business procedures.
When supporting development teams, we are concerned with supporting communication within the team, improved task sharing and problem analysis. Solutions are worked out together to eliminate these problems and improve the performance of the team. This also includes the creation of a training plan to increase the qualifications of the team members. As the adecc Systemhaus GmbH also offers training courses, these can be carried out by us or, if the customer so wishes, by other providers.
In doing so, the focus is on a responsible use of the respective resources. This not only reduces energy costs, but also improves the Carbon footprint.
