When the adecc Systemhaus GmbH was founded, none of the managing directors suddenly wanted to become "management consultants". They had gained enough experience and did not want to suggest new ways in the companies and then leave the companies alone with the implementation. Therefore, at that time, they supplemented their service portfolio with coaching, the support of the companies during reengineering. The goal is to support the employees of the companies in such a way that they can act without further support after the support period. Thus during this time a know-how transfer also takes place. Thereby the coaching connects the areas of application development, training and consulting.
In connection with the support of development teams it is about a common project work with customers. Thereby existing development capacities are used and supported by employees of the adecc Systemhaus GmbH. This results in an optimal mixture of professional and technical know-how in one team. In the process, the employees are continuously qualified. Thus new development capacities are built up or new systems are introduced.
If you already use your own software and employ developers, we support you in the creation or enhancement of your proprietary software, in case of problems and errors as well as in the integration of new technologies. In doing so, we can also use adecc libraries in the context of project cooperation and make them available to you. A special focus here is also the support of migrations to current compiler versions.

We were often asked if we could do a training "with everything". A larger example, starting with an idea, developing an architecture from it, and then implementing it independently in C++. Just use the extensions without letting them determine our structure and architecture, and if possible, combine this with developing access for mobile applications.
